Conductix-Wampfler did exhibit and held a speech at the 2nd eCarTec conference for electric mobility that took place in Paris on March 30 and 31.

Between very interesting presentations from experts around new technologies for EVs and new mobility concepts, the attendees had time to visit the exhibition area. Conductix-Wampfler was displaying a demonstration sample of a 3kW inductive charging station for electric cars.

Dr. Oliver Hirsch, application engineer IPT®, gave an exciting update about the progress made in the field of inductive power transfer. The deep insight into the inductive technology did raise the attention of the audience. The information shared has convinced the participants that inductive power transfer is on its way out of the laboratory and is a key technology for an extensive implementation of electric vehicles.
