We are also an excellent choice for apprenticeship programs. Whether as a Technical Product Designer, CNC Machinist or Industrial Mechanic, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Warehouse Logistics Specialist, IT Systems Management Assistant, or Industrial Management Assistant – we offer apprenticeship programs across all our core areas.

Our apprentices are actively involved in day-to-day operations and are encouraged (and expected) to take on initial responsibilities early on, making the training experience even more engaging and rewarding. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, permanent employment is very likely, as demonstrated by our nearly 100% retention rate in recent years. That said, the same principle applies here as well: no effort, no reward.
