Conductix-Wampfler’s customer service supports customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment and ensures that systems can be operated reliably, safely, and cost-effectively. As a technical point of contact, the department helps minimize downtime, increase equipment availability, and ensure the long-term value retention of the solutions deployed.
The range of responsibilities is diverse: it includes the installation and commissioning of new systems as well as inspections, maintenance, technical training, repairs, and retrofits. In addition, the customer service department manages individual maintenance contracts, assists with spare parts supply, and works with customers to develop service concepts tailored to their specific needs.

Is there any information about the evaluation process?
Since the aim is to secure long-term employment, the selection process is not an ad hoc decision. As a rule, there are two rounds of interviews. This ensures that applicants and their future department have exchanged all the information necessary for successful collaboration.
Is it possible to submit an initiative application?
