The Marketing & Communications department ensures that Conductix-Wampfler is perceived as a strong and reliable brand worldwide. This is where the concepts, content, and initiatives are developed that raise the company’s profile, showcase its products and solutions, and shape communication with customers, partners, and employees.
The tasks in the Marketing & Communications department are diverse and range from designing and developing the brand identity to creating print and digital media, as well as planning trade shows, events, and communication campaigns. Managing digital channels and websites, as well as producing image and video content, are also part of the scope of work. In addition, the department is responsible for external and internal corporate communications. Through press relations, trade articles, advertising campaigns, and other communication initiatives, news and innovations are brought to light, while simultaneously supporting a transparent flow of information within the company.
Marketing & Communications works closely with numerous departments, international locations, and external partners. This provides exciting insights into various subject areas and the opportunity to accompany projects from the initial idea through to successful implementation.

Is there any information about the evaluation process?
Since the aim is to secure long-term employment, the selection process is not an ad hoc decision. As a rule, there are two rounds of interviews. This ensures that applicants and their future department have exchanged all the information necessary for successful collaboration.
Is it possible to submit an initiative application?
Initiative applications are also welcome at any time. You are also welcome to make initial contact by telephone via the Human Resources department. We will then endeavor to provide you with initial feedback regarding the upcoming selection process.
