Welcoming New Talents at Our Site in Weil am Rhein
NewsOur new team members are ready to shape the future!
On September 1, 2025, Conductix-Wampfler in Weil am Rhein welcomed its new apprentices and students. With fresh knowledge, motivation, and great commitment, they are ready to start their professional careers with us.
Starting their studies with fresh energy: We welcome Muhammad Zada, who is beginning his studies in Mechanical Engineering, and Robin Geith, who is starting his studies in Industrial Engineering.
In addition, Benjamin Kaltenbach is beginning his apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering. Arda Kaya and Lucas Böhler are training as Construction Mechanics, while Quentin Köhler is starting his apprenticeship as a Cutting Machine Operator. Ali Tuncel and Umut Durmaz are both training to become Warehouse Logistics Specialists.
For the first time, the introduction event took place over two days. Alongside an introduction to the company, the program included a plant tour, team-building activities, shared lunches, and many opportunities to get to know each other. Another new feature: each apprentice and student was assigned a mentor to support them during their start and serve as a go-to contact.
At Conductix-Wampfler, supporting young talent is a top priority. Together with our new colleagues, we will develop ideas, seize opportunities, and actively shape the future.
