Project management at Conductix-Wampfler serves as the central hub for the successful implementation of customer projects. From order placement through commissioning, the department ensures that technical, commercial, and scheduling requirements are optimally aligned and that projects are carried out efficiently and reliably.

The range of responsibilities is diverse: Project managers coordinate all relevant activities among customers, sales, engineering, purchasing, production, service, and external partners. They oversee projects through all phases, provide support for technical issues, develop customized solutions in collaboration with the relevant departments, and ensure their successful implementation.

This goes far beyond simply planning and managing individual projects. Project management actively contributes to quality assurance and the continuous development of products and applications. Insights gained from customer projects, service calls, and feedback are directly incorporated into the optimization of our product portfolio. At the same time, through training and knowledge transfer, project management supports the sustainable use of our solutions both at the customer site and at our global branches.

Is there any information about the evaluation process?

Since the aim is to secure long-term employment, the selection process is not an ad hoc decision. As a rule, there are two rounds of interviews. This ensures that applicants and their future department have exchanged all the information necessary for successful collaboration.
