Application Engineering at Conductix-Wampfler transforms technical requirements into tailor-made solutions for a wide variety of applications worldwide. The scope of responsibilities ranges from analyzing technical requirements and developing customized solution concepts to preparing technical proposals and clarifying order details. Projects are supported throughout their entire lifecycle—always in close collaboration with customers, sales, and internal departments. In addition, the division’s scope of activities includes assessing operating conditions, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and identifying potential risks early on, as well as managing claims.
As the technical interface between the market, customers, and the organization, the division continuously refines best practices and ensures that valuable expertise is retained within the company over the long term. This leads to innovative solutions that offer sustainable added value to customers worldwide.

Is there any information about the evaluation process?
Since the aim is to secure long-term employment, the selection process is not an ad hoc decision. As a rule, there are two rounds of interviews. This ensures that applicants and their future department have exchanged all the information necessary for successful collaboration.
Is it possible to submit an initiative application?
